At Shaklyrachar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade gift purchase. We understand that sometimes a piece may not be exactly what you expected, and we're here to help make it right.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is in its original condition, unused and undamaged
  • All original packaging and tags are intact
  • Item has not been personalized or customized
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom commissioned pieces
  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Before returning an item, please contact us at managers@shaklyrachar.world or call +1 917-261-6487. Provide your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Step 2: Package Your Return

Carefully package the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, documentation, and your return authorization number. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Ship the package to the address provided in your return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect and package all items before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage
  • Keep all original packaging
  • We will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you
  • You will receive a full refund or replacement

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before initiating an international return.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, if work has begun on your item, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Custom commission orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun, as these pieces are created specifically for you.
